Scott W. Schmid, is the Chief Executive Officer for Boulevard Bancshares, Inc. and until recently was the Associate Managing Director for The PrivateBank in St. Louis. He has been employed in the banking field for more than two decades, primarily in the commercial lending arena, and has worked with large banks - Boatmens Bank and Mercantile Bank - as well as smaller institutions - Enterprise Bank and The PrivateBank. He graduated from Rice University with a BA in Business Administration and has an MBA from Washington University. Scott is married with three children and resides in Ladue, Missouri.

Michael Uelk, is the Chief Financial Officer of Boulevard Bancshares, Inc. and until recently was the Chief Financial Officer for WenAmerica, LLC, a large Midwestern Wendy's franchisee. He has been the CFO for First Financial Planners, Red Fox Environmental, Third-Wave Technologies, Dymetrol, and North American Recycling, Inc., as well as a Vice President for Aon Risk Services in its Mergers and Acquisitions division. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in Accounting and has an MBA from Washington University and a JD from the St. Louis University School of Law. Mike is married with three children and resides in Town & Country, Missouri.

James Allison, the Chief Operations Officer of the Bank, has over thirty years of banking experience in the St. Louis area. Until recently, Mr. Allison served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Gateway Bank of St. Louis from May 2003 - June 2005. Prior to that time, Mr. Allison was employed for four years as a Senior Vice President at Jefferson Heritage Bank, responsible for all Operations, Retail Banking, Compliance, and Technology. He also worked at the former Mercantile Bank as a Senior Vice President and Division Manager in Operations and Retail Banking. Mr. Allison is a graduate of Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and the University of Virginia Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.

J. David Kennebeck, the Chief Lending Officer of the Bank has fifteen years of banking experience in the St. Louis area and other parts of the Midwest. After graduating from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Mr. Kennebeck joined Swiss Bank where he performed credit underwriting for the bank's eight U.S. offices for five years. Next, he served as an assistant vice president at the former Boatmen's Bank's Corporate Banking Group for four years. Then Mr. Kennebeck spent two years as an officer with The National Bank of Canada's St. Louis branch specializing in asset backed lending to middle market companies throughout the Midwest. Most recently, he was a vice president in the Corporate Banking Group at Commerce Bank in St. Louis, Missouri for three years.

Gus Catsavis, is a Director with Pinnacle Asset Management L.P., a New York based registered investment advisor which focuses on commodities, natural resources and infrastructure investments. Pinnacle manages in excess of $2 Billion of institutional assets. Most recently, he was the President and Chief Investment Office of Focus Capital Management, a $70 Million dollar multi-strategy hedge fund, and member of Ascendant Capital Partners. He is a CFA and received his BA in Economics in Business from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from Washington University. Gus is married with three children and lives in Ladue, Missouri.

Tim Drury, is the President of Drury Development Corporation and DDI Media, formerly Drury Displays. He is an active board member of the Marygrove Home for Children, Drury Development Corporation, and the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission. Richard P. Marra, is currently a Principal Consultant and Director of the Corporate Retirement Plan Practice of Hammond Associates. Prior to joining Hammond Associates, Rich was the Assistant Treasurer and Director of Pension Investments for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. Prior to joining Smurfit-Stone, Rich was employed by Simon & Schuster and Price Waterhouse Coopers and worked in various corporate and public accounting positions. He received his degree in Management and Accounting from Boston College. Rich is married with three children and resides in Town & Country, Missouri.

Ebrahim Moshiri, has held senior and executive management positions in academia and industry within the last twenty years. He attended the MS program in Environmental Engineering at George Washington University and received his Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Portland State University. His research was being funded by NSF, EPA, and NASA and his contributions in Computer Modeling & Simulation of Atmospheric Dynamics won the National Award, among the three US region competition at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1983. He joined McDonnell Douglas/Boeing to oversee the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to avionics applications in 1988. He served on the editorial board of IAKE, IEEE/AI, and AAAI. Since 1992, he has founded three successful businesses in St. Louis, MO, and Phoenix, AZ. Currently he serves as CEO and the President of Object Computing, Inc. (OCI) delivering strategic Information Technology solutions to global leaders in Finance, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Aerospace/Defense.
