Richard T. Hummell, is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director for the Company and Bank since January 28, 2009. Rick has been employed by community banks serving the St. Louis area for over 25 years. Those banks include Mark Twain Bank, Missouri State Bank & Trust, and most recently he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Concord Bank. He graduated from Drake University with a BS in Business Administration and from Indana University with an MBA from the Kelley School of Business. Rick and his three children reside in Clayton, Missouri.

Michael Uelk, is a director of the Company since 2004 and the Bank since 2006. Prior to the formation of the Company he was Chief Financial Officer for WenAmerica, LLC, a large midwestern Wendy's franchisee. He has been the CFO for First Financial Partners, Red Fox Environmental, Third-Wave Technologies, Dymetrol, and North American Recycling, Inc., as well as a Vice President for AonRsk Services in their Mergers and Acquisition division. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in Accounting and has an MBA from Washington University and a JD from the St. Louis University School of Law. Mike is married with three children and resides in Town & Country, Missouri.

Gus Catsavis, has served as a director of the Company since 2004 and of the Bank since 2006. Gus is a Director with Pinnacle Asset Management L.P., a New York based registered investment advisor which focuses on commodities, natural resources and infrastructure investments. Pinnacle manages in excess of $2 billion of institutional assets. Prevously Gus was the President and Chief Investment Office of Focus Capital Management, a $70 million dollar multi-strategy hedge fund. He is a CFA and received his BA in Economics and his BBA in Business from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from Washington University. Gus lives in Clayton, Missouri with four children.

Timothy Drury, has served as a director of the Company since 2006 and of the Bank since 2006. He is President of DDI Media, an outdoor advertising company, and President of Drury Development Corporation, a real estate development firm with its primary emphasis on hotels. Tim is a graduate of St. John's University in Collegeville Minnesota. Tim is marrid and lives in
Ladue, Missouri.

Richard P. Marra, has served as a director of the Company since 2004 and of the Bank since 2006. He is currently a Principal Consultant and Director of the Corporate Retirement Plan Practice of Hammond Associates. Prior to joining Hammond Associates, Rich was the Assistant Treasurer and Director of Pension Investments for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. Prior to joining Smurfit-Stone, Rich was employed by Simon & Schuster and Price Waterhouse Coopers and worked in various corporate and public accounting positions. He received his degree in Management and Accounting from Boston College. Rich is married with three children and resides in Town & Country, Missouri.

Ebrahim Moshiri, has served as a director of the Company since 2004 and of the Bank since 2006. Currently he serves as CEO and the President of Object Computing, Inc. (OCI) delivering strategic Information Technology solutions to global leaders in Finance, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Aerospace/Defense. He has held senior and executive management positions in academia and industry within the last twenty years. He attended the MS program in Environmental Engineering at George Washington University and received his Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Portland State University. Since 1992, he has founded three successful businesses in St. Louis, MO, and Phoenix, AZ.

Mike and his brother Tom currently own over 4,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial real estate property around the country and are nationally recognized for their expertise in dealing with large industrial tracts. Mike is married with two children and resides in Eureka, Missouri.

John Temporiti, has served as a director of the Company since 2006 and of the Bank since 2006. He is of counsel to the law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman. John is also the past Chairman of the Missouri Democratic Party. Previously in his career, John served as the chief governmental affairs for St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley and as the chief of staff for former St. Louis City Mayor Vincent Schoemehl. John was also past President of Mayflower Van Lines and Vanguard Insurance Group. John has his law degree from St. Louis University and is married with four children living in St. Louis, Missouri.

Nathaniel Walsh, has served as director of the Company since 2004 and of the Bank since 2006. He is a Co-Founder of McGowan/Walsh, LLC a local historic renovation real estate firm. He was previously employed as the President/CEO of U. S. Title Company and has been actively involved in the title business in St. Louis for over two decades. He received his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame University and his JD from St. Louis University's School of Law. Nat is married with two children and they live in St. Louis, Missouri.

Arthur Weiss, has served as a director of the Company since 2004 and of the Bank since 2006. Art is currently the President of Lisart Capital, a Tax Credit wholesaler. He was an Executive Vice President at Allegiant Bancorp in charge of Wealth Management. Previous to that position, he was the President of The Weiss Group, a local accounting and consulting firm. Art is a CFP and a CPA and received a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Champaign. Art is married and lives with his children in Chesterfield, Missouri.
