Richard T. Hummell, is the new President and Chief Executive Officer for Boulevard Bancshares, Inc. and WestBridge Bank & Trust. Rick joined the bank after a 25 year career in community banking serving entrepreneurial businesses and individuals throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area. He has held executive management positions with Mark Twain Bank, Missouri State Bank & Trust and Concord Bank, as well as leadership positions with many charitable and civic organizations. Rick graduated from Drake University with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Rick and his three children reside in Clayton, Missouri.
